# Boomerang AI > Boomerang turns the relationships your company already has into warm introductions and booked meetings. Rudy, our AI agent, finds the strongest warm path into any target account across your executives, employees, customers, investors, board, advisors and partners, drafts the ask for the person who knows the buyer, and tracks it to a booked meeting. Rudy never sends anything on anyone's behalf: the person making the intro approves it and sends it from their own account. Setup takes about 30 minutes. Rudy works where your team already works: in Slack, from Claude or Codex through our MCP server, in the Boomerang platform, and in Chrome. ## Core concepts - **Rudy**: Boomerang's AI agent. Finds the warm path, scores it, drafts the ask, routes it to the right person, follows up and tracks it to a meeting. Never sends on anyone's behalf. - **Connector**: anyone you could go to and ask a favour: customer champions, advisors and investors, employees, friends of your founders, and friends of your CXOs and VPs. Most companies have hundreds. Boomerang maps connectors from signals that already exist: calendars, work overlaps, past employers, alumni networks, board seats, public research and mentions. Connectors install nothing, upload nothing and are never charged. - **Primary Super Connector**: someone with deeper influence on your go-to-market, such as a founder, executive, board member or top seller, who chooses to add their own first-degree network. A primary installs the Boomerang Chrome extension, uploads a CSV of their LinkedIn connections, or both. Primaries get request management: every intro ask reaches them in one place, where they review drafts, accept or decline, set how often they are notified, and set ICP and other filters. Always opt in. - **User**: typically a seller researching an account for warm intros. Users search the network, request intros, and create drafts and pre-reads, working with Rudy in Slack (Team plan and up), from Claude or Codex, in the Boomerang platform, or in the Chrome extension. - **Path scoring**: not every overlap is a relationship. Rudy weighs each path by the connector's seniority, department and persona fit with the buyer, and by how strong the tie actually is. A shared employer or a shared investor alone does not count as a warm path. - **Trigger automations**: standing rules that fire without anyone asking, for example when a champion changes jobs, a deal stalls, a renewal window opens, an account goes single threaded, or a Clay, Common Room or Outreach signal fires. - **Respond or Sentient**: on Team, Rudy responds when a rep asks or a trigger fires. On Company, Sentient mode also has him raise warm paths nobody asked about, including in the Slack channels you share with customers. ## Pricing Plans are sized by your network and include users. Connectors never pay. Annual plans are billed monthly at a lower rate. Prices in USD. - **Starter**: $80 a month on annual, $100 month to month. 3 Primary Super Connectors, 3 users, 50 connectors mapped. MCP access, warm paths on every account, weekly digests. Boomerang reads contacts and accounts from your CRM, shows warm paths on the account record, and writes relationship fields and intro outcomes back. It does not edit contact data. Microsoft Dynamics 365 connects through the Boomerang REST API and webhooks, not a native integration. - Slack, Google and Microsoft calendars, Gmail. - MCP server: ask Rudy from Claude or Codex. https://www.getboomerang.ai/boomerang-mcp-server-ask-rudy-from-claude - Signal triggers from Clay, Common Room and Outreach. REST API and webhooks on Company and Enterprise. ## Key pages - [Homepage](https://www.getboomerang.ai/): Rudy, the four connector networks, how the agent works. - [Product](https://www.getboomerang.ai/product): how Rudy works end to end. - [Pricing](https://www.getboomerang.ai/pricing): plans, Primary Super Connectors, users, add-ons. - [MCP server](https://www.getboomerang.ai/boomerang-mcp-server-ask-rudy-from-claude): use Rudy from Claude. - [Customer network activation](https://www.getboomerang.ai/customer-network-activation): turning happy customers into introductions. - [Warm introduction software](https://www.getboomerang.ai/warm-introduction-software): the category, and how Boomerang fits it. - [Free tools](https://www.getboomerang.ai/free-tools): free tools for warm introductions. - [Pipeline leak assessment](https://www.getboomerang.ai/pipeline-leak-assessment): find the warm paths your team is not using. - [Customers](https://www.getboomerang.ai/customers): case studies. - [Why Boomerang](https://www.getboomerang.ai/why-boomerang-for-warm-introductions): the manifesto. - [About](https://www.getboomerang.ai/about-us): who we are and who backs us. - [Glossary](https://www.getboomerang.ai/glossary): warm introductions, relationship intelligence and GTM terms. - [Changelog](https://www.getboomerang.ai/changelog): weekly release notes for Rudy and the Boomerang platform. ## Use cases - [Path to Power](https://www.getboomerang.ai/use-case/path-to-power): reach senior buyers through the strongest warm path across your team, executives, board and advisors. - [Champion Tracking](https://www.getboomerang.ai/use-case/champion-tracking): catch champion job changes and turn them into warm re-engagement. - [Buying Group Intelligence](https://www.getboomerang.ai/use-case/buying-group-intelligence): keep the people who matter at every target account current, and find paths to each of them. ## Playbooks by role - [Sales Development](https://www.getboomerang.ai/playbooks/for-sales-development) - [Account Executives](https://www.getboomerang.ai/playbooks/for-account-executives) - [Demand Generation](https://www.getboomerang.ai/playbooks/for-demand-generation) - [Field Marketing](https://www.getboomerang.ai/playbooks/for-field-marketing) - [Customer Success](https://www.getboomerang.ai/playbooks/for-customer-success) - [CXOs](https://www.getboomerang.ai/playbooks/for-cxos) - [Revenue Operations](https://www.getboomerang.ai/playbooks/for-revenue-operations) - [GTM Engineers](https://www.getboomerang.ai/playbooks/for-gtm-engineer) ## Comparisons - [Boomerang vs Sales Navigator](https://www.getboomerang.ai/boomerang-vs-salesnav) - [Boomerang vs Champify](https://www.getboomerang.ai/boomerang-vs-champify) - [Boomerang vs UserGems](https://www.getboomerang.ai/boomerang-vs-usergems) - [Boomerang vs Commsor](https://www.getboomerang.ai/boomerang-vs-commsor) - [Boomerang vs The Swarm](https://www.getboomerang.ai/boomerang-vs-the-swarm) - [Boomerang vs Vieu](https://www.getboomerang.ai/boomerang-vs-vieu) - [Boomerang vs Connect the Dots](https://www.getboomerang.ai/boomerang-vs-connect-the-dots) ## Proof - **Armis**: 26,000 warm-intro paths created and 10x ROI on revenue booked in one year. https://www.getboomerang.ai/customers/scaling-smarter-inside-armis-agentic-ai-playbook-for-sustainable-pipeline-growth - **Storylane**: champion tracking across a PLG motion. https://www.getboomerang.ai/customers/unlocking-the-power-of-champion-tracking-for-an-early-stage-plg-startup-with-storylane-founder-nalin-senthamil ## What Boomerang is not - Not a sending tool: Rudy never emails or messages anyone on your behalf, and does not run sequences. - Not a managed service: there are no operators running asks for you. - Not a CRM: it works alongside Salesforce, HubSpot or Attio. - Not a data enrichment or CRM hygiene tool: it does not update titles, emails or company fields on contact records. It adds the relationship layer (who knows whom, how well, and what happened to each intro ask). - Not just a relationship graph: a graph shows data and leaves the work to you. Rudy knows your accounts, tools and triggers, and acts on them. ## Contact - Start free: https://app.getboomerang.ai/ - Book a demo: https://meet.getboomerang.ai/meet/shankar/catchup - Support: support@getboomerang.ai - Security and trust: https://getboomerang.trustcenter.sprinto.com/ - LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/boomerangai/ - G2: https://www.g2.com/products/boomerangai/reviews ## Optional - [Blog](https://www.getboomerang.ai/blog) - [Webinars](https://www.getboomerang.ai/webinars) - [Ebooks](https://www.getboomerang.ai/ebooks) - [Security standards](https://www.getboomerang.ai/security-standards) - [Terms of service](https://www.getboomerang.ai/terms-of-service) - [Privacy notice](https://www.getboomerang.ai/privacy-notice)
