Questions 1 to 4: where relationships come from, how strong they are, and whether anyone checks before outreach.
Questions 5, 6 and 10: who writes the ask, whether connectors' limits are respected, and how executive networks are used.
Questions 7 to 9: champion job changes, follow-up on open asks, and whether intros are tracked to pipeline.
Boomerang maps who your team, customers, investors and partners know at every target account, scores each path, and drafts the ask for the right person to send.

A warm path is a real relationship that connects you to a buyer: a customer champion, an investor, a board member, a partner or a teammate who knows them. It lets you ask for an introduction instead of sending cold outreach, so the first message arrives from someone the buyer already trusts.
Each of the ten questions scores from 0 to 3, for a total out of 30. Scores of 0 to 7 are Stage 1, Ad hoc. 8 to 15 is Stage 2, Reactive. 16 to 23 is Stage 3, Programmatic. 24 to 30 is Stage 4, Orchestrated. Your next steps come from your three lowest answers.
Ad hoc, where intros happen when someone remembers. Reactive, where warm paths are used when a deal is stuck. Programmatic, where intros are a process with owners and some tracking. Orchestrated, where paths are found, asked for and tracked to pipeline as one system across every network.
Start by checking for a path before outreach to every target account, not after a deal stalls. Then widen the networks you draw on beyond reps, write down each connector's limits, and log every intro so you can measure the pipeline it creates. See Path to Power.
