Everyone who decides. Every path to them.

Winning a target account takes more than a champion. Rudy maps the buying committee, the people who influence it, the executive team and the board, then shows which relationships in your network reach each of them, and how they come together into one plan to win the account.

What is target account mapping?

Target account mapping is a map of everyone who shapes a decision at an account you are selling into, and of the relationships that reach them. Boomerang builds it in four layers: the buying committee, the influencers around it, the executive team and the board. Rudy then finds warm paths into each layer, so the account team knows who to work, in what order and through whom.

Map four layers

Buying committee, influencers, executive team and board. Every person enriched with seniority, function and location, and kept current.

See how they connect

Who reports to whom, who sat on a board together, who your investors, customers and team already know.

Work it as one plan

The strongest route into each person, in the order that wins the deal, with the ask drafted for whoever should make it.

Rudy’s plan for Lexora
  1. Your investor asks Ruth Adeyemi for an intro to Omar Haddad, the economic buyer.
  2. Your CTO brings Elena Vasquez into the evaluation.
  3. Marcus Webb loops in Dee Kaur before the technical review.
  4. Rudy keeps looking for a route to Rafael Diaz before security review.

Illustrative. Lexora and every person shown are invented.

Thirty people sit on this committee. You are talking to one.

Rudy builds the committee from call transcripts, email threads, org data and your CRM, enriches each member with seniority, function and location, then keeps it current as people join and leave.

The committee changed on Tuesday. You heard about it on Tuesday.

People move constantly, and a committee map six months old is a list of former employees. When a member leaves or someone new takes the role, Rudy posts it in the deal channel with the route to the new person.

Claire approves anything above $250K, so she is on this deal now. Your investor Sofia knows her.

@Maya Chen Sofia Lindqvist is our investor and knows Claire. Would you ask her before contract?

Ask across every team and get the pattern back: where deals are single threaded above a number, which roles are systematically missing, which reps never reach finance. Answered in Slack, through Claude over MCP (Team and up), or on the dashboard.

Questions

Target account mapping, answered.

What is target account mapping?

Target account mapping is a map of everyone who shapes a decision at an account you are selling into: the buying committee, the influencers around it, the executive team and the board. Boomerang adds the warm paths from your network into each person, so the account team knows who to work and through whom.

How is target account mapping different from ABM?

ABM is a marketing program that reaches target accounts with campaigns. Target account mapping is for the seller working the deal: it names the people who decide and influence, the executives and the board, and gives the strongest warm route to each one.

Which people does Boomerang map at a target account?

Four layers: the buying committee (economic buyer, champion, evaluators, users and anyone who can block), the influencing committee around it, the executive team and the board. Each person is enriched with seniority, function and location, and kept current as people join and leave.

How does Rudy find relationships into each layer?

From signals that already exist: your CRM, calendars and Slack, work overlaps, board seats and investors, each with the evidence behind the path. Every path is scored on 80+ signals, so the strongest route into each person shows first, with the reason.

Which plans include target account mapping?

Warm paths on every account start on Starter. Team adds Rudy in your deal channels, your CRM and calendars, and up to 3 trigger automations. Company adds unlimited triggers and Sentient mode, where Rudy raises gaps on his own, such as an account losing its only thread.

Find out who else has to say yes.

Connect your stack and see the warm paths you already have: about 60 minutes of technical setup, graph in under a day, full go-live in about a week.
