How it works
An admin connects Slack in Boomerang and a Slack workspace admin approves the install.
Ask who you know at an account, who backs it, or which open deals have a warm path to the economic buyer, across your whole book.
In channels set up for signals, Rudy replies in the thread to each new post with the warm paths in, and tags the teammate who can help.
Sentient mode reads deals and shared customer channels and raises paths nobody asked about, including arrivals and departures the day they happen.

Rudy on Slack comes with Team, Company and Enterprise. On Team he works in your deal channels and responds. On Company he also works in the channels you share with customers, in Sentient mode. Starter does not include Rudy on Slack.
On Team, something sets Rudy off: a rep asks, or a trigger fires. On Company, Sentient mode means nothing has to: he reads the deals and shared customer channels and brings a path to the rep who did not know to ask.
Only the channels and direct messages he has been added to. He answers an @mention, a direct message or a reply in a thread he is part of, and in signals channels he replies to each new post.
Rudy recognizes each teammate who mentions him in your Slack, and his reply to someone who is not a Boomerang member is visible only to that person.
No. Rudy drafts the intro ask and a pre-read, and a person always sends it from their own account. Super Connectors can accept or decline intro requests with buttons in Slack.
