Product / Capabilities / Intro request orchestration
Intro request orchestration is how Boomerang turns a warm path into an ask that a real person sends, and follows it to the meeting. Rudy, Boomerang's AI agent, picks the internal hop, the person inside your company with the strongest tie to the connector, and checks the connector's preferences on deal size, channel and cadence.

Rudy APP9:14 AM
Alex Tran is asking for an intro to Marcus Hale, CSO at a target account. You worked with Marcus for four years and he commented on your post last week. Megan has a draft ready for you.
Illustrative example. People and companies are invented.
How it works
Customer asks route through the CSM who owns the account, board asks through the CEO, and partner asks through the alliances lead.
Rudy checks each connector's preferences on deal size, channel and cadence, and follows the rules your team set about who to leave out.
Rudy drafts the ask in the sender's voice, answering your workspace's intro form.
Rudy logs the request, nudges when it goes quiet and reports whether it became a meeting.

Questions
No. Rudy drafts the ask in the sender's voice, and the person who owns the relationship approves it and sends it from their own account. Rudy never emails or messages anyone on anyone's behalf.
He picks the internal hop: whoever inside your company has the strongest tie to the connector. Customer asks go through the CSM who owns the account, board asks through the CEO and partner asks through the alliances lead.
Yes. In workspaces with Rudy on Slack, Super Connectors get each intro request as a Slack message with Accept, Decline, Needs Clarification and Why This Intro? buttons. Decline asks for a short reason, and Needs Clarification sends the question to the workspace admin.
Yes. Tell Rudy who to leave out, such as a person, a company, a domain or every company in a HubSpot deal stage, and he turns your notes into rules you check and save. Owners and admins can set rules for the whole team.
Rudy logs the request, nudges when it goes quiet and reports the outcome back. An intro request sent to several Super Connectors stays open while any of them can still help and closes for the others once one accepts.
