Most sales stacks are good at telling you which account to work and what is happening in a deal. Very few tell you who already knows the buyer. That is the job Boomerang does. Rudy, Boomerang's AI agent, finds the warm path into an account, scores the relationship, and drafts the ask. The person who owns the relationship reviews it and sends it from their own account. Rudy never sends on anyone's behalf.
This page sets out what Boomerang connects to natively and how teams use it next to the tools they already run. Where there is no native integration, we say so.
What Boomerang connects to natively
These are the integrations Boomerang supports today:
- CRM: Salesforce, HubSpot and Attio. Boomerang reads accounts and contacts from your CRM and writes relationship fields and intro outcomes back to it. It does not update, enrich or clean your contact records. The help centre also documents showing warm paths directly on Salesforce Account records (a Warm Intros tab) and on HubSpot Company records (a Warm Intro card).
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 through the Boomerang REST API and webhooks, rather than a packaged connector.
- Calendars: Google and Microsoft. Meeting history is one of the strongest relationship signals. Per the help centre, calendar access is read only.
- Slack. Ask Rudy for a warm path, get reminders and job change alerts, and route requests without leaving Slack.
- Trigger signals from Clay, Common Room and Outreach. A signal in one of these tools can fire an automatic intro trigger in Boomerang, as listed on the pricing page.
- MCP and API on every plan. Ask Rudy from Claude or Codex, or pull relationship scores into your own workflows. See Ask Rudy from Claude.
- Okta SSO. Included on the Company plan per the pricing page, and documented on the help centre integrations page. It controls sign-in, not data flow.
Connectors install or upload nothing. Boomerang maps them from signals your company already has and from public signals such as work overlaps, past employers, alumni networks, board seats and portfolio companies. Primary Super Connectors can opt in through the Chrome extension or a CSV upload. Every warm path runs through one of four connector groups: employees and executives, customers and champions, investors, board and advisors, and partners.
Everything else on this page (Gong, Salesloft, Crossbeam, Clari, 6sense, Demandbase) works alongside Boomerang through the CRM, the API or MCP. There is no native app or sync for those tools.
How the pattern works in practice
The same three steps repeat for every tool below:
- A signal lands in the CRM, or arrives through Clay, Common Room or Outreach.
- Rudy finds the warm path across all four connector groups, names the best person to ask, and drafts the request.
- The outcome is written back to the CRM, so pipeline reports show what warm intros produced.
Warm intros in Gong
What Gong is good at. Gong records and analyses customer calls, emails and meetings so leaders can see what is really happening inside each deal.
The gap for warm introductions. Gong can show you that the economic buyer has never joined a call, or that your only active contact has gone quiet. It cannot tell you that your board member sat on a board with that buyer, or that a customer champion used to report to them. Conversation data describes the deal you have. It does not map the relationships you could use.
How teams use it alongside Boomerang. There is no native Gong app for Boomerang. A rep or manager spots the risk in Gong (no executive engagement, a single thread), then asks Rudy in Slack, in the Boomerang app, or from Claude through MCP: "Who do we know at the CFO level at this account?" If Gong data already syncs to your CRM, it sits next to Boomerang's relationship fields on the same record. Rudy drafts the ask, the connector sends it, and the result is written back to the CRM.
Example ask: "Priya, we are working with Acme's finance team but have not met their CFO, Dana. You worked with her at Northwind. Would you be open to a short intro?"
Warm intros in Outreach
What Outreach is good at. Outreach runs multi-step sequences across email, phone and tasks, so reps can work large lists with consistent follow-up.
The gap for warm introductions. A sequence starts cold by default. Outreach does not know whether someone in your company already knows the person you are about to enrol, so senior buyers often get a cold cadence when a warm route was available.
How teams use it alongside Boomerang. Outreach is one of the three tools whose signals can fire an automatic intro trigger in Boomerang, per the pricing page. A typical setup: when a high-value prospect replies, opens repeatedly, or hits a defined step, the Outreach signal triggers Boomerang. Rudy checks for a warm path and, if a strong one exists, drafts the ask for the connector to review. A simple rule many teams use is to check warm coverage before enrolling a senior buyer in a cold sequence, and to let the sequence run as the fallback if there is no warm path. Intro outcomes are written to the CRM, not into Outreach.
Example ask: "Marcus, Acme's VP of Sales just replied to our outreach. You were at Stripe together. Would you add a line of context so the next conversation starts warm?"
Warm intros in Salesloft
What Salesloft is good at. Salesloft runs cadences across email, phone and social, with dialling and deal tools for reps working a book of accounts.
The gap for warm introductions. Like any sequencer, Salesloft is built to start conversations at volume. It does not tell you whether someone in your company already knows the buyer before the first touch goes out.
How teams use it alongside Boomerang. There is no packaged Salesloft connector, and Salesloft is not one of the trigger sources. Teams join the two in one of two ways:
- Through the CRM. Boomerang writes relationship fields to Salesforce, HubSpot or Attio. Salesloft syncs with Salesforce and HubSpot, so a rep or a RevOps rule can check warm coverage before a senior buyer is added to a cadence.
- Through the API. Boomerang's REST API and webhooks let your own team build a custom workflow with Salesloft's API. That is your team's build, not a Boomerang feature.
Example ask: "Elena, before we add Acme's CIO to a cadence, I noticed you both advise the same portfolio company. Would you be comfortable introducing us?"
Warm intros with Crossbeam
What Crossbeam is good at. Crossbeam shows account overlap with your partners, so you can see which target accounts a technology or channel partner already works with.
The gap for warm introductions. Overlap tells you that a partner works with the account. It does not tell you which person at the partner knows which buyer, or how strong that relationship is. It also covers only partners, while your customers, investors, board or employees may have a stronger path.
How teams use it alongside Boomerang. There is no native Crossbeam integration. Partners are one of Boomerang's four connector groups, so partner relationships are already part of the warm paths Rudy scores. Teams use Crossbeam to decide which partner to approach on which account, and Boomerang to find the strongest individual path across all four groups and draft the ask. If your team writes Crossbeam overlap into the CRM, it sits on the same account record as Boomerang's relationship fields. Custom flows between the two can be built on the Boomerang API.
Example ask: "Sam, your team supports Acme's security stack. Do you know their Head of Platform well enough to suggest a short call with us?"
Warm intros in Clari
What Clari is good at. Clari helps revenue teams inspect pipeline and forecast more accurately, flagging deals that are slipping or at risk.
The gap for warm introductions. Clari tells you which deal is in trouble. It does not tell you who in your network could help save it. A typical enterprise buying group has five to 11 stakeholders across an average of five business functions (Gartner B2B Buying Report), and most at-risk deals are missing access to some of them.
How teams use it alongside Boomerang. There is no native Clari integration. The pattern is a manual or CRM-based handoff: when a deal is flagged at risk in a forecast call, the AE or manager asks Rudy for warm paths to the stakeholders the deal is missing, such as the economic buyer or a second executive sponsor. Rudy drafts the ask, the connector sends it, and the outcome is written back to the CRM where the next forecast review can see it. For the full play, see Clari deal at risk response and single-threaded deals.
Example ask: "James, our deal with Acme has stalled at procurement. You know their COO from your time on the Contoso board. Would you be open to a quick note of support?"
Warm intros with 6sense
What 6sense is good at. 6sense identifies which accounts appear to be in market for your category, using intent data and predictive scoring.
The gap for warm introductions. Intent tells you who to target and roughly when. It does not tell you how to reach a senior buyer who ignores cold email. Knowing an account is researching your category does not get you a meeting with its CISO.
How teams use it alongside Boomerang. There is no native 6sense integration. Most teams push 6sense account scores into Salesforce or HubSpot, where Boomerang's relationship fields sit on the same account, so a rep can see whether a newly in-market account has a warm path. Teams that route 6sense data through Clay can use the Clay signal to fire a Boomerang intro trigger. Either way, Rudy drafts the ask and the outcome is written back to the CRM.
Example ask: "Aisha, Acme is actively evaluating tools like ours this quarter. You worked with their CISO at your last company. Would an intro make sense?"
Warm intros with Demandbase
What Demandbase is good at. Demandbase combines account identification, intent data and account-based advertising, so marketing can warm up target accounts at scale.
The gap for warm introductions. Ads and intent build awareness across an account. They rarely get a senior executive to take a first meeting. The step from "this account is engaged" to "this person agreed to talk" is where a trusted introduction helps most.
How teams use it alongside Boomerang. There is no native Demandbase integration. The signal usually reaches sales through the CRM, where Demandbase engagement fields sit beside Boomerang's relationship fields. When an account crosses an engagement threshold, the account owner asks Rudy for warm paths into the buying group. Marketing teams also use this for events, asking champions and investors to invite a named executive.
Example ask: "Tom, Acme's team has been engaging with our content for weeks. You know their CRO from your investor network. Would you be open to introducing us?"

Getting started
Connect your CRM and calendars first, because those two sources drive most of the relationship signal. Then add your Super Connectors and pick the signal sources that matter most to your team. Armis used this approach to create 26,000 warm-intro paths and saw 10x ROI on revenue booked in one year. Frequently asked questions
Does Boomerang integrate with Gong?
There is no native Gong app or sync. Teams use the two side by side: when Gong shows a gap such as no executive engagement, the rep asks Rudy for a warm path in Slack, in the Boomerang app or from Claude through MCP.
How do I get warm intros in Outreach?
Outreach is one of the confirmed trigger sources, alongside Clay and Common Room. An Outreach signal, such as a reply from a senior prospect, can fire an automatic intro trigger in Boomerang. Rudy finds the strongest warm path and drafts the ask for the connector to review and send.
Does Boomerang integrate with Salesloft?
Not natively. Teams join them through the CRM, where Boomerang writes relationship fields to Salesforce or HubSpot and Salesloft reads from the same CRM, or through Boomerang's REST API and webhooks, which your own team can connect to Salesloft's API.
Crossbeam vs warm intro software: what is the difference?
Crossbeam shows which of your partners already work with a target account. Warm intro software like Boomerang finds the specific person who knows the buyer, across partners and also customers, investors, board members and employees, then scores the relationship and drafts the ask. Many teams use both: Crossbeam to choose the partner, Boomerang to run the introduction.
Can Boomerang help save at-risk deals flagged in Clari?
Yes, through a manual or CRM-based handoff rather than a native integration. When Clari flags a deal, the AE asks Rudy for warm paths to the missing stakeholders, and the outcome is written back to the CRM.
Does Boomerang work with 6sense or Demandbase intent data?
Not through a native connector. Most teams push 6sense or Demandbase account scores into their CRM, where they sit beside Boomerang's relationship fields. Teams that route intent through Clay can use it as a Boomerang trigger, because Clay is a confirmed trigger source.
Which CRMs does Boomerang support?
Salesforce, HubSpot and Attio natively. Microsoft Dynamics 365 is supported through the Boomerang REST API and webhooks. Boomerang writes relationship fields and intro outcomes back to the CRM. It does not update, enrich or clean your contact records.
Can I ask Rudy for a warm path from Claude?
Yes. MCP and API access are included on every plan, so you can ask Rudy for a warm path from Claude or Codex, or pull relationship scores into your own workflows. See Ask Rudy from Claude.
